Discovery judge unloads on Uber attorney

The judge overseeing discovery battles in the trade secret litigation in which Waymo LLC accuses Uber of stealing the blueprints to its driverless car technology excoriated Uber’s attorneys at a hearing Wednesday for what she called cynical attempts to abuse attorney-client privilege.
