Jennifer Mnookin, dean of UCLA School of Law, told a State Bar public hearing that California should lower the passing score on the bar exam to be more in line with other states.

Several law school officials and graduates on Monday called for a reduced passing score on the California bar exam, with most arguing there is no evidence having the second highest standard in the nation is beneficial.
