Appellate panel could let Iskanian go on without Iskanian

An 11-year-old case that has revolutionized use of the Private Attorneys General Act may go on a bit longer, sans the aggrieved employee who brought the case, if a court of appeals oral argument Thursday is any indication.

LOS ANGELES — A case that revolutionized use of the Private Attorneys General Act during its 11 years in court may go on a bit longer, sans the original plaintiff, if a state appellate court argument on Thursday is any indication.
