Plaintiffs’ attorney chastised in Uber employment case

A federal judge announced his intention to sanction plaintiffs’ attorney Shannon Liss-Riordan for sending out improper emails to clients in a lawsuit where she represents a class of 240,000 drivers who claim they should be considered employees of Uber Technologies Inc. rather than independent contractors.
