Agency makes it easier to temporarily suspend judges
The Commission on Judicial Performance announced a new rule Tuesday that will make it easier to temporarily suspend judges, bringing the agency more in line with the American Bar Association’s model rules for judicial discipline.

The CJP announced the rule change in its 2016 biennial review. The commission also requested comment on two additional changes it is considering.
