LOS ANGELES — An attorney-turned-CEO continued to deny under cross-examination Monday that his former law firm is owed an ownership stake in the concert promotion company he now runs.

Danny Hayes, who now runs Danny Wimmer Presents, a former client of his former law firm, picked up where he left off on Thursday by saying the firm intended to only invest in a 2011 music festival and discuss further investment later.
