A judge has granted summary judgment to the owners and operators of Grand Central Market in downtown Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES — A superior court judge granted summary judgment to the owners and operators of Grand Central Market in downtown Los Angeles in a case that challenged the ending of leases for two ethnic Korean stallholders who alleged racial bias and deceit.

“We always agreed, right from the beginning, that the case had no merit and the judge was able to see that,” said Penelope Diehl of Clark Hill LLP, who with Ryan McKim represented the operating company for Grand Central Market.
