9th Circuit affirms ruling declining to identify released detainees

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday against one of the leaders of a major union for Border Patrol agents in a case in which he tried to force the Department of Homeland Security to reveal the names of people who were detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement before being released in 2013.
