SANTA ANA — Orange County’s district attorney is asking Harvard Law School to retract a report that asserted his office is among the worst in California for prosecutorial misconduct and reversals, saying it relies on flawed data that was easily debunked by his deputies.
The report was corrected Monday, lowering Orange County’s bad rankings to fourth place, and it remains on the law school’s website.
