California startups seek court order to implement Obama-era immigration rule

Two California startups and other plaintiffs filed a motion for preliminary injunction in Washington, D.C. federal court Friday in a case seeking the implementation of a delayed Obama-era immigration rule that would allow certain foreign entrepreneurs to live and work in the U.S.
