Judge appears disinclined to wait for patent trial against Broadcom, Apple
A federal judge appeared disinclined to stay a patent infringement suit against Broadcom Limited and Apple Inc. , despite a defense attorney’s argument that the parties should wait and see how the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office rules on the matter.
