9th Circuit considers contractual dispute over golf caddies’ bibs

A class of golf caddies required by PGA Tour Inc. rules to wear bibs adorned with advertisements from tournament sponsors asked a panel of 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judges for a mulligan Thursday morning.
