StubHub ordered to disclose source code in trade secrets suit

A Central District magistrate judge has ruled that an eBay Inc. subsidiary must turn over source code developed for the company by defendants in a trade secrets lawsuit, resolving an ongoing discovery dispute.

A Central District magistrate judge has ruled that an eBay Inc. subsidiary must turn over source code developed for the company by defendants in a trade secrets lawsuit, resolving an ongoing discovery dispute.

In an order filed Tuesday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Suzanne H. Segal ordered StubHub to turn over all of its source code, including code for iOS and Android applications, among other technical information.
