9th Circuit rules against government in DACA discovery dispute

A divided 9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel handed a discovery victory to the plaintiffs Thursday in a combined lawsuit against the federal government over the documents it must produce that led to its decision to cancel a benefit for immigrants who were brought to the U.S. without permission when they were children.
