Emergency motion filed in federal court for immigrant minors
Attorneys for a class of children who came to the U.S. without legal permission and got swept up in anti-gang actions filed an emergency motion in federal court Monday seeking to ensure each class member gets enough time to prepare for a hearing before an immigration judge.

Their lawyers are also seeking the release of some children from custody who have been deemed non-threats to their communities.
