US judge issues TRO to halt deportation of Cambodians
The temporary restraining order issued by U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney on Thursday also applies to a proposed class of 1,900 similarly situated Cambodians nationwide, most of whom have criminal convictions, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service.
