Federal judiciary to review internal rules on harassment
U.S. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. has asked the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to review employee guidelines that address complaints of harassment. The announcement came shortly after four former clerks gathered 695 signatories for a letter urging the courts to act on the issue.
At the request of U.S. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., the administrative office of the U.S. courts will review employment safeguards meant to address harassment within the federal judiciary.
