Component of $1B Los Angeles real estate dispute dismissed

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that two brothers in a long-running real estate battle worth $1 billion could not reignite litigation against another brother because they had previously sworn under oath that they had no stake in the partnership they were trying to gain some control of.
