Rare opinion regarding Unfair Competition Law sides with dental company

In an uncommon published opinion, the 1st District Court of Appeal, which first ruled to certify a class of dentists pursuing Unfair Competition Law claims now has ruled against them, saying the dentists knew a device they purchased posed a contamination risk and was not for surgical use.
