SEC chairman warns of cryptocurrency risks and retail fraud

In his keynote address to kick off the 45th annual Securities Regulation Institute, Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Jay Clayton focused on the challenges of regulations and protecting Main Street investors from predatory fraud, while warning of the dangers of cryptocurrency.
