Companies sues government over H-2B visa program changes
Several companies sued the U.S. Department of Labor this week alleging that processing changes to a temporary worker visa program made after a filing deadline created an unfair barrier to businesses vying for the visas.

An attorney for the three companies named in the suit said they are asking the labor department to delay deciding which companies are awarded the visas so that all businesses have a fair chance at receiving them.
