Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley called on people convicted of cannabis misdemeanors and felonies to petition her office for the dismissal, reduction and sealing of their convictions.
More than 5,900 cases associated with some 5,000 convictions have been identified as eligible to be cleared under Proposition 64, O’Malley said Tuesday.
