Mitchell Zuklie is chairman of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, which announced Monday it will no longer require any employee to sign any mandatory arbitration agreement.
“It’s time to make a change,” Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced on Twitter Monday.
The firm will no longer require any employees, including associates, to sign any arbitration agreements.
Leaders had been reviewing the firm’s sexual harassment policy in response to the #MeToo movement, and in an effort to attract top talent.
