If Jay-Z had 99 problems, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's announcement Thursday seeking an order requiring his testimony as part of a federal securities investigation might bump him up to an even 100.
The commission says it's seeking testimony from the music mogul, whose real name is Shawn Carter, for details about his business relationship with Iconix Brand Group Inc.
