Bill to add requirements for legal advertising advances

The Assembly Judiciary Committee has unanimously passed a bill that sets new requirements for legal advertisements that mention drugs or medical procedures.

SACRAMENTO — The Assembly Judiciary Committee has unanimously passed a bill that sets new requirements for legal advertisements mentioning drugs or medical procedures.
