Attorneys who fail to comply with the state Supreme Court’s new re-fingerprinting rule could be fined $175 and eventually have their licenses suspended.
Active lawyers who do not re-submit fingerprints to law enforcement by April 30, 2019, will first be fined $75. If those attorneys have not complied within three more months, they will be fined an additional $100.
