9th Circuit affirms dismissal of golf caddies’ lawsuit

The court said the caddies were not under economic duress when they took their jobs, which require them to wear bibs with advertisements.

A lawsuit arguing professional golf caddies should be paid for, or able to exercise control over, advertising bibs they are required to wear during televised tournaments on the PGA Tour failed on the back nine when the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the case's dismissal Friday.
