Nazi-looted art to stay in Pasadena, 9th Circuit rules in third appeal in case

Two 16th century oil paintings depicting Adam and Eve will remain at a Pasadena art museum, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has decided, despite claims the works should be returned to the heir of a Jewish art dealer whose firm was forced to sell them to Nazis during World War II.
