Report outlines racial and gender bias in the legal profession

A study by the American Bar Association says women and people of color face obstacles in the legal workplace.

Women and people of color experience bias at higher rates than white men in all aspects of the legal profession, including hiring, mentoring, networking and compensation, according to an American Bar Association study released Thursday.
