Autonomy CEO, vice president indicted on finance misrepresentation charges
A San Francisco federal grand jury has indicted Autonomy Corp. PLC's former chief executive officer and vice president of finance for misrepresenting the company's financial condition in the lead-up to its $11 billion sale to Hewlett-Packard Co. in 2011, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
