Immigrants in country illegally can be deported for crime that is no longer a deportable offense

Two previously deported unauthorized immigrants from Mexico who committed robbery are deportable, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel found, despite the fact their crime is no longer considered a deportable offense under California law.
