Labor Department complaint against Oracle seeks $401M for discrimination

The U.S. Department of Labor hit Oracle Corp. with an amended complaint alleging systematic discrimination at the company has cost women and minority employees $401 million.

The filing, made Tuesday with the federal Office of Administrative Law Judges, builds on a complaint first filed two years ago.
