Deputy city attorney fights city hall over typhus

The attorney believes she contracted typhus in November from a rat and flea problem she says the city has not adequately addressed.

A deputy Los Angeles city attorney who believes she contracted typhus from a rat and flea infestation plaguing City Hall said Thursday the city is guilty of "institutional inaction."
