‘New arguments’ slammed in Nazi art lawsuit

After 14 years and three appeals, the last closing brief was filed Monday in a dispute over a $40 million Camille Pissarro painting held by a Spanish museum and claimed by descendants of Holocaust victims who say the art was looted by Nazis.

After 14 years and three appeals, the last closing brief was filed Monday in a dispute over a $40 million Camille Pissarro painting held by a Spanish museum and claimed by descendants of Holocaust victims who say the art was looted by Nazis.
