Public health groups sue EPA to force stricter requirements on asbestos reporting

After months of contentious back-and-forth exchanges, several public health groups sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for its refusal to adopt stricter requirements over the reporting of asbestos from importers, manufacturers and processors.
