A female former shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC opposed an attempt by the firm to shunt her discrimination lawsuit into arbitration on the grounds that she never signed a hastily rolled out agreement.

Dawn Knepper sued the prominent labor firm for alleged systematic discrimination, saying it illegally underpaid women while restricting their opportunities and advancement.
