Judicial Conference OKs US courts misconduct code changes
Leaders of the U.S. Judicial Conference approved a package of workplace conduct-related rules Tuesday that require judges to report witnessed instances of misconduct and clarify the limits of confidentiality requirements for federal court employees.

The changes come more than a year after former 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Alex Kozinski resigned in 2017 amid a flurry of published accounts of alleged sexual misconduct.
