Judge chides attorney, witnesses in police chief’s wrongful firing suit
The witnesses were instructed by Los Angeles County Judge Michael L. Stern to answer questions as asked. The judge also sustained repeated leading question objections in direct examination by their attorney, Dana McCune of McCune & Harber LLP.
