A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel indicated Friday that Steve Perry had taken an unnecessary journey.
Perry was in attendance in Pasadena to respond to an appeal by Phil Brown, a musician being sued by the Journey front man to prevent the release of tracks they co-recorded in 1991.
