Mastering the art of jury strategy

In a complex commercial case, a trial lawyer has many ingredients to choose from. There are millions of pages of documents, dozens of witnesses and an almost infinite number of ways to tell the story. Like the choices a chef has when choosing fresh ingredients from Northern California to cook a meal or set a menu, a trial lawyer has to design a presentation that captures the palette of the jury.
