Attorneys clash over whether suit against Uber is time-barred

An attorney for Uber Technologies Inc. argued Wednesday that an entrepeneur’s lawsuit alleging the company stole his idea should be barred by the statute of limitations during closing arguments of a trade secrets misappropriation trial.
