Religious school teachers cannot sue for discrimination, high court rules

Reversing the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled federal employment laws do not apply to complaints by two teachers at Catholic schools in Los Angeles because their duties included instruction in religion.
