No coffee warning labels for now despite appeal, judge rules
“Given this matter is going to be appealed shortly, it would be confusing to the public to have off again, on again warnings to the public,” said the plaintiff’s attorney, Scott P. Brust of the Metzger Law Group. “There is a very real possibility of confusion by the public in having warnings given and then no longer given, then to have the warning reinstated.”
