Mendocino DA papers judge over animal cruelty, gun rulings
In a memo sent to all prosecutors in his office Monday, District Attorney Charles D. Eyster. He said it’s now office policy to file peremptory challenges under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 170.6 to “disqualify and prevent Judge Clayton Brennan from hearing all criminal cases that fit the legal parameters outlined above.”
