Wrigley is latest candymaker to file trademark case against cannabis company
The lawsuit, filed by Kyle R. Petersen of Loeb & Loeb LLP, argues that California law forbids edible cannabis products from being made appealing to children or easily confused with commercially sold products that don’t have cannabis.




Candy company Wrigley sued Southern California cannabis companies on Monday, accusing them of misappropriating its Skittles, Starburst and Lifesavers trademarks and flavors to sell their sweets.
