Grubhub accused of violating LA’s COVID-19 restaurant fee cap rule

Popular Japanese eatery Shibumi, owned by Za-Zen Enterprises, filed complaint against the popular food delivery service app in state court, which was removed federal court on Tuesday.

A proposed class action accuses Grubhub Inc. of violating a Los Angeles city code that limits fees it charges restaurants.
