Providing a tool that allows users to share Instagram content outside of the app has encouraged widespread copyright infringement, according to a proposed class action.
The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by Woodland Hills sole practitioner Todd M. Friedman and attorneys from Cera LLP, Duncan Firm PA and Hoben Law in the Northern District of California.
