Suit over remote schooling moot, state argues

“Distance learning is ending at the end of this school year, which is imminent. Students will be back to in-person instruction,” Deputy Attorney General Jennifer A. Bunshoft argued in court Tuesday.

The state of California abandoned any pretense of educating many low-income and minority students during the pandemic, attorney Mark D.
