Competitor’s Lanham Act claims against Malwarebytes dismissed

Malwarebytes’ characterization of Enigma Software Group USA’s competing product as a “threat,” “malicious,” and a “potentially unwanted program” to block it does not mean users saw those labels as anything but statements of opinion, U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila ruled.
