Theranos chief's fraud trial delayed by juror COVID scare
During an emergency hearing over whether to push back the second day of trial, U.S. District Judge Edward Davila informed prosecutors and defense attorneys that a juror told him that he believes he was exposed to the virus over the weekend.




A federal judge on Thursday pushed back the second day of former Theranos chief executive Elizabeth Holmes' fraud trial after a juror disclosed that he might have been exposed to COVID-19.
The trial is scheduled to resume Tuesday in federal court in San Jose.
